There are a ridiculous amount of choices to choose from. I recommend deciding on a few criterias and finding something as close to what you want so you can mod it from there and understand how to go about the themes. The next step of course is taking what you learned and rebuilding from scratch. But that comes in time. You know where to find me if you get stuck. :) It depends on what you want.
