Have a look at the Guerlain palette, I did in the city the other day. Pretty as it was, it’s very sheer. I was very disappointed because, I, err, thought of buying it

Chloe Paddington: GORGEOUS! When I was in Changi recently, I had a feel of the bag. Apparently they’d redesigned the lock so that it’s not as heavy. What I did was, I err, stuffed the entire contents of my bag into the Paddington, slung it over my shoulder and found it still very carry-able. Maybe this Chloe has the redesigned lock? Yeah, I did that and didn’t buy the bag even though the leather was buttery soft. Thankfully, the sales girl was very nice and totally understand that one needs to seriously think hard before one plonks down SGD1.6k

I gotta get down and see the Guerlain collection in person. Hopefully steal some pics too I’ve seen the Chloe Paddington – can you say ton of bricks? That lock alone weighs more than the bag. If you get it, Tim will have to give you backrubs every time you use it… come to think of it, not a bad idea eh?
