Powder is about texture, not colour. Rather than choosing a shade that matches or enhances your skin colour, it’s best to go with a truly translucent formula, which means of has as little pigment as possible.
I highly agree with this tip. Texture makes all the difference in a good powder. I’ve seen ladies wearing powder which are two shades lighter than their skintone. Heck, even I’ve made that boo boo a few years ago. This does not a good look make. I ended up looking pretty ghostly, with my neck darker than my face. Euuw.

Great tip! =) Think I have to agree with that too.
Very true. I hate it when powders give me that “powdery” look (which they almost always do). The texture does play a huge part in minimizing that.
