Missy Lois: Haha glad to oblige 😉 I have a couple of Ciate nail polishes. They’re both cremes, both blue, but one’s formula is rather streaky and sheer whereas the other one’s thick and creamy. I don’t know if it’s a formula flaw for that one or if I just bought a lemon. Hmmm …
