Today I have 3 L’Oreal prize packs to give away. In the interest of full disclosure, this is my stash. Prior to LMFF week, L’Oreal kindly sent me a heap of makeup for the 7 L’Oreal Paris runway looks to play with. During the week, I also received a number of goodie bags that contained some skincare and makeup goodies too (ahh, the joys of front row seats :P). As I only have one face, two eyes, a nose and one mouth, there’s no way I’m going to be able to use all of them. I thought you might like ’em instead! Every item is brand new. id love pack 2, what i love about fashion week is ALL the fantastic fashion and imagining what it would be like to wear these creations, what i dont like is am at work and cant attend the shows and have to read and sift throught the net to find everything

I’d love pack 2~ really what i hate about fashion week is my instagram feed will be filled with starbucks coffee, macaroons, runways, and crazy but fabulous street fashion. It makes me incredibly jealous.

My favourite part of fashion week would have to be all the new styles for the new season. It feels like a totally new beginning, kind of like the same as how New Year’s feels like a goodbye to all the mistakes (fashion or otherwise) you made the last year.
Pack 2. Love the makeup n hair at fashion week.
Hi. I would love to the pack 1, so hard to choose, each of them are so fabulous. I love fashion week because I am able to see models and guests appealing themselves confidently in the latest update of fashion outfit, hair and makeup, standing in front of so many people and media is not an easy thing, I admire their courage and professionalism. Sadly, there’s very minimal chance to witness it in live, easier for those we live in Kuala Lumpur, and there’s no fashion television channel in Malaysia to make this available for public. Internet and magazine are my major access to knowing fashion week. π

What I enjoy about Fashion Weeks is observing how designers can turn outfits which ordinarily, many would consider outrageous and weird to something fabulous and attractive. Sometimes you watch and you think “Ugh, how could anyone wear this?” or “What was Karl Lagerfeld thinking when he designed this??”. Eventually you learn to appreciate the forefront of the Fashion revolution. Perhaps I don’t dress like the runway models (particularly since I am no size ’00’), but I certainly draw my inspiration from it.
What I don’t like about Fashion Weeks are the paparazzi who are ruthless with no regards for the person next to them (ie. me) who (with not much success) attempts to sneak into the Fashion show.
I would love to have pack 2.
What I like about fashion week is being able to witness how much effort goes into ensuring the models makeup are flawless, the beautiful outfits being paraded on the runaway and the amazing accessories that sometimes accompanies the outfits.
Yoohoo an international giveaway I choose the first kit only because the BB cream and the BB powder are in Medium which I think is still light for my complexion, it would be a good experiment, if won them.
From Fashion Weeks I like the glamour, the colors and the art that is implicit; however I don’t like that in fact they are giving us only one beauty concept for women and men.

Love for FW: Constant visual stimulations and all the “wow” and “Oh I can totally wear that!” or “the hair and makeup is tres tres chic!”. Fashion weeks give me a good idea about the style and trend, even though I’m just browsing. It’s funny how quickly the fashion industry catch on the trend. This moment you see it on runway, and next moment all popping out in the window display!
Dislike for FW: Now I have to get those trendy clothing after seeing shows after shows of black/white graphics trousers or tops now, haven’t I? >.<

About fashion weeks, I’d love to see those awesome make up and clothing experiments, especially the make up since I used to find those pictures online and try creating that look by myself π (though most of the time it’s kinda failure, lol) but watching them brings you ideas, confidence and sometimes takes away your depression too, seriously, anything related to make up and fashion takes away my depression, π I was studying in China for the last 5 years, and when I was alone and feel depressed about the heap of medical notes I have to memorize, I used to watch the show videos online and get back my spirit especially when looking at those women “walk” with such an attitude! I love that π
and what I feel bad about it is, the money I’ll have to spent to get the looks for real! π oh, come on, you know right! π and another thing I don’t like is, the models being anorexic! I’m a doctor by profession and I don’t want to see any girl starving to death for money or for anything, I wish they could use healthy slim people but not the ones look like they’re on the way to their death bed! That’s a way too sad that portraying them as normal and pretty! π

Honestly I live in a small town and I haven’t got a chance to attend any fashion week although I hope one day I get a chance but I REALLY REALLY like to watch them on TV or read about them in magazines I am a makeup and fashion addict so I love to see what kind of makeup the models are wearing and what clothes , shoes and hair trends are “IN” these days .It always amazes me how God has blessed these designers and makeup artists with such creative minds and how they come up with new designs, patterns and makeup styles not only for women but also for men and just the whole ambiance when there is music in the background and the models are walking on the ramp is amazing.

as for the fashion week, i find it relaxing and inspiring!! i am a medical student and i take it as a relaxing moment to indulge myself into fashion and beauty and forget everything about the hectic life for a while.. i look for inspiration here and there too! am definitely not a bold person to wear what they wear in fashion week but it was really fun to look at the cool/sweet/sexy/elegant creativities and inovations! the one thing i learned most was colour cordination! haha, colour combi brings interesting and surprising changes! i love watching how they coordinate and brings out a whole new level of visual feast <3
after watching, i will secretly attempt to apply what i learned when i go shopping…. hehe, i find the application brings great sense of self-satisfaction and amusement

There are so many great things about fashion week, but I do love seeing all the back stage videos and photos. It is amazing to see how much work they put into the fashion shows behind the scenes.
I would love to have my hands on the prize pack #3 because it has bronzer in it, and I have never tried it before. Of course, the whole pack is more than tempting and would definitely add to my minor make up collection.
Well, I actually doesnt care about the fashion week that much because I am not capable of following the ever-changing fashion trend. Ok, maybe I’m prejudice on fashion week. Basically I think too much of costs and preparation are wasted for that seconds of fame. And it kinda force me to follow when everyone is busy talking about that designer, that outfit, etc. I prefer to be wearing what I feel most comfortable regardless of season, trend, etc. It feels best when you’re comfortable in what you wear. Not sure if others reckon what I say, but thats my thought.
I’d love to have 1st pack if possible, please. What I love about fashion week is that I am able to indulge in a whole new mind-blowing fashion and beauty of the upcoming season. New trends, designers, models are born during the week. It’s inspiring and satisfying to my visual and mind. I get inspirations in deciding my clothes, shoes, makeups, hairstyles from the fashion week, keeping me sane from my hectic life at work and taking care of an ever-demanding toddler, and not to forget, boosting my self-confidence and keeping me trendy enough to ‘battle’ at work! π One and only bad thing is, my wallet/bank account shrinks after the fashion week!

I love how designers are getting so nervous and excited to plan on outfit, hair, bags and makeups for fashion week. We will never know what surprises they are bringing in!!! What I probably less likely to look over a fashion week is the judging and comment of other party in magazine over the hard work of each designer and artist trying to make the best of their idea. What I like about fashion week is the amount of time, hard work, sweat (i mean glow) each person puts into making this show work to a T! By the end of the day its all worth it and everyone have a memorable day / event to add into their memory diaries/blogs π with tons of photos ..ok what I totally love its the fashion, the color, the hair — vibrant colors, nude colors, cool colors – prints & patterns, awesome hairstyle —-ah what i would do to step on those shoes and just do a bit of a catwalk just once. To be honest, I don’t quite quite “get” clothes fashion but … make-up? Bring it on! I think that make up (especially stage and film make up) is an art form so I enjoy looking out for the new make up trends that emerge during fashion week and how it is created or interpreted to complement the entire concept behind each show. And after that, I look forward to the flurry of make up gurus (I hate the term “guru” actually) on youtube trying to recreate the catwalk trends and making them wearable for day-to-day wear.
Also, visiting a city during its fashion week is both love and hate. Love seeing how people seem to up the ante when it comes to putting a look together. I got to see pretty outrageous outfits being paraded in the streets too which was really fun. But I hate feeling like a bag lady next to these glamourous beings and paying exorbitant hotel prices during that period!

I’ve came to one of Jakarta Fashion Week because of the free ticket given by my wedding gown designer. I like it because I can see the fashion show from the famous designer and meet with the designer. I also like the atmosphere when everybody seems so trendy and try to be the most interesting person. You can see one person with a very weird hair colour but it’s fun!!

What I like about fashion weeks in general is how creative the artists can get in illustrating their ideas.
I enjoy seeing how artists collaborate to bring their ideas from just drawings on a linear piece of paper into fruition, looking at the fabric and style, and just how gorgeous the models displaying them in can look so chic and beautiful. Its even wonderful how the make up artists can bring out the beauty of these models especially when they go on the catwalk.
Among my favourite shows i’ve watched is Victoria’s Secret, and how the designers can create an entire scene and show just based on one theme. I’m hoping to see that one day in Malaysia.

The thing I love about fashion weeks are how over the top everything is. I love to try and imagine how I would tone things down for everyday, but it is fun to see the designers who really go all out wild.

I love every part of fashion week. The part that leaves a smile on my face about fashion week is the effort that everyone puts in during fashion week. From the backstage chaos of hair to makeup to the models, press, event manager, the people who put it together, and not forgetting the designers who give up months of their life to design the outfits and make sure everything works out perfectly. Well, the tailors too! I mean without them, there won’t be any outfits to parade around in fashion week huh. Haha. I also love how everyone is soo into their jobs and even the people who just come to watch are so engrossed in getting full inspiration from the shows.
What I dislike about fashion week? The harsh critism given by people. I mean yeah it’s ok to not like something and to just voice out your opinion but the press and paparazzi just take it to another level. So, that’s the thing that annoys me because the designer and the everyone involved has literally put in their blood, sweat and tears to make this fashion show a success and they just get tomatoes thrown at them (or in this case eye liner and bb cream π ).

This is a fantastic giveaway! All of the packs are simply amazing and I would not mind winning any of the packs but pack 2 is my favourite of them all.
Why do I love fashion week? I look forward to all the amazing collections from the designers. (From Valentino , Celine, ChloΓ©, Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga, Givenchy, Chanel and Marc Jacobs just to name a few.) Fashion is another way to hone your artistic ability and be a different person and show who you are through what you wear and make a statement. Fashion week allows me to keep ahead of whatβs coming out, whatβs the next trend, whatβs the next must-have, hot item. The designs are always fascinating, renewing and evolving every year and it gives me inspiration for my future outfits; to be able to express myself through the clothes that I wear.
My dislikes about fashion week? The extremely high prices for the clothing! Being a college student and with a job that can barely pay for my tuition it’s hard to keep up with the new trends or purchase the clothing from my favourite designers. That’s the downside for me!

What I like about fashion weeks is seeing all the pictures of the crazy cool looking people that are cruising the streets between fashion shows! Along with the actual fashion being shown on the runways, the looks of the attendees and people hanging around hoping to catch a glimpse of their favourite designer or model, is equally inspiring! Love love love fashion weeks.
My only dislike is that I cannot really afford any new clothing or makeup! Therefore I use the inspiration I get from looking at all the beautiful people to try to dream up new looks using what I already have in my makeup/clothing stash.

I would like prize pack #2! And I think the buzz that surrounds fashion week s fun and exciting, but MOST of the clothes are unwearable by the average human lol…there are always a few new trend setting items/colors that come from the shows though!
The prize pack no 2 is the one I would like most. Well I’ve never attended any fashion weeks, I live in a place where you don’t have access to things like that but that is where the internet comes in handy and I can follow online, I find it most fun to see pictures from backstage where there is an army of people getting the models ready with the right makeup and hairstyles and nail polishes.

Ok, it took me forever to pick which pack I would like best! I would have to say #3, but they are all great! I love fashion weeks and seeing all the new clothes. What I don’t is when they focus more on who is there verses the fashion. Thanks for the great giveaway!
1. Going on skin tones and coming in to winter, I’d say Prize Pack #2 would be preferred, but then those blues in #3… it’s so hard!
2. Fashion weeks in general can be an overwhelming and heady mix of glamazons, opinions and often (if it’s a dark day) the feeling that you can never be as pretty and fashionable as what you see. On the flip side, when the sun shines, the champagne flows and the goodie bags are collected, Fashion Week is the highlight of the year, a memory that will never fade. The bass thumps through your heart as your breath gets taken away in a fashion show and there are so many wonderful and supportive people who work around the industry and are happy to provide advice and their thoughts – what’s not to love?

What I do not like about fashion weeks in general is the use of overly skinny/unhealthy models because it creates an unrealistic impression of you need to look skinny to be pretty/attractive. However, what I like about fashion week is the glamour and the excitement as the designer unravels next seasons designer pieces π

I would love to win Pack 1! It will be really fun experimenting with all these products! Also, I haven’t gotten new makeup for a while now. So, can I say, PERFECT TIMING! Haha. π
I love the fashion essence and the creativity that goes in a fashion show. From the colours, to the fabric, to the make up and hair and everything! Even the beat of the song as the gorgeous models march down the runway as the light change and colour the room π
However, what I dislike about fashion shows is the money spent to make this show a success when this show does not really leave a mark and have a cause that helps. I would rather have the money spent towards the show, go towards the poor, the people who don’t have money to eat or educate themselves or the people who are ill with fatal diseases. I know some fashion shows have them with a cause, I just wish more did π

I like seeing the latest designs/classic collections season after season, i also enjoy listening to various interviews with the designers especially hearing them talk of their unique patterns, fabrics and style etc, however what I don’t like about fashion week is the amount of cleavage show by models on the runway, i am of the view that simplicity, style and creativity should speak for itself rather than otherwise.

I don’t pay too much attention to fashion weeks for I am a fashion nooblet. But after seeing your beauty reports, I do find some sort of enjoyment knowing that there’ll always be beauty-related reports despite it being a “fashion” week!

I never attend a fashion week in my country before but I always search from web and fashion magazines. I like fashion weeks because it is a good chance to see designers pushing crazy new ideas and show us those beautiful and fabulous clothes. I enjoyed so much with all model’s hair-styling and make up too!
