Okay, I know. The Tarte Amazonian Clay blushes have been talked to death. They’ve been raved to the ends of the earth. They’ve been around for years! The sad thing is, for the blush lover that I am, I only finally tried these end of last year. Seriously, it’s like I’ve been living under a rock! Or like one blogger whom shall remain nameless (you know who you are!), I live in the land of far, far away. Hmph. 😛
I finally purchased one of the blushes in a blog sale last year and just a couple of weeks later, I received another one as a gift from a dear friend. I had no access to them for so long and in just a month, I got my hands on two. The universe was working its weird way here, folks.

Kit’s nail polishes hold a dear place in my heart. They’re one of the first items I bought when I first moved to Australia that aren’t remotely connected to drugstore brands. I’ve never had any issues with them and their colour selection is excellent.
Today I thought I’d show you another beautiful nail polish from Kit and it’s called Teal Appeal (part of the new Acai collection). That’s what the colour is, it’s teal. The biggest problem I have isn’t with the nail polish at all. It’s with the damn pictures I took of the nail polish. You’ll notice right away that it’s blue. BLUE blue. I’ve tried colour-correcting the heck out of the photos but they still turned out blue. Gah, methinks it’s time to recalibrate the white balance of the camera. Anyway, you’ll have to check this colour out in store because it really is teal (it has green tones) and it’s stunning on the nails.
