Okay, okay, I know that weird Demeter fragrances have probably been talked to death on blogs now, but do humour me. I can’t help it; I find the types of scents they have so absurd that I just had to show you some of the funny ones I stumbled across.
I don’t get it. Why would one want to smell like a funeral home?!
Mmm a laundromat would be nice. Crisp linen and all that. As for Fiery Curry, I suppose an Indian takeaway would be a cheaper option. Plus you get poppadoms.

My style icon: I’d have to say Nicole Richie is my style icon, she always looks great but also takes risks with hair and makeup, which is something I love to see in a celebrity. Her recent Golden Globes powder blue look was amazing!
Dream holiday destination: Without a doubt, my dream holiday destination is Paris. Though I’ve been before, it only served to make me crave the city even more. I find the ambiance and style there is just superb, and I am looking forward to heading there for my honeymoon in two years’ time.
One random thing you can find in my bag: There isn’t anything very random in there, but I always have mascara and pressed powder in there in case I end up staying out all night, and need to look moderately presentable in the morning.
My favourite item of makeup: I find it really hard to decide whether or not I love blush or eyeshadow more, but I think blushes are pretty to look at in the pan so I will go with them! My favourite blush brands are Chanel, Covergirl, Illamasqua and YSL crème blushes.
You will never see me without: Mascara and blush on, and a big bag full of my everyday necessities! I am a bag lady in every way, and am in no way a minimalist.
I’m absolutely addicted to: Watching YouTube! My favourite channels include Vivanna Does Makeup, Amarixe, Fleur de Force and Miss Glamorazzi, and I waste hours upon hours watching their beauty videos and personal vlogs.
One thing on my bucket list: Writing a novel is definitely something I’d like to achieve, whether it is published or not doesn’t faze me, the actual act itself would be worth it. Having a library at home is also something high up on my bucket list!

It’s just another day in the Beautyholics Anonymous household. Tim and I are highly unromantic people whose idea of a great evening together is sprawling on the couch, watching our favourite TV shows.
Valentine’s Day is usually associated with roses and today, I have something rosy to show you. Not actual flowers, mind you, but in the form of a blush. The Rose Cheek Color blush in #301 by Anna Sui, to be exact.
