BB Creamology: Rimmel, Palmer’s & ZA
I’ve been using a lot of BB creams for the past year. In fact, I was going through all of my makeup and found this amount of BB creams in a corner (including the ones I bought in Japan).

Jeepers creepers! Did I really amass that many tubes of BB creams? Oh boy. One face, not even skin ๐
To review all of this in individual posts would take yonks (plus it’s too much work and I’m a lazy bugger), so I’ll be doing grouped reviews on a new segment I’d like to call BB Creamology! *applause*
Ahem. Right. Back to work. ๐
Today’s episode of BB Creamology features three BB creams I’ve been using: Rimmel London’s BB Cream 9-in-1 Skin Perfecting Super Makeup, Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Eventone BB Cream and ZA’s Total Hydration BB Cream UV.
Bloggie Wednesdays: How I Became A Beauty Blogger

One of my favourite things about beauty blogging is getting emails from lovely readers like you. I’ve been getting a number of emails from them asking how it was that I became a beauty blogger. I thought I’d answer them and share with you how I walked down the blogging road ๐
Let’s rewind to 2005, shall we?
I didn’t start out blogging about beauty. In fact, there were barely any beauty bloggers back then (Temptalia who? :P). Personal blogging had just started to be popular and being the sheep that I am, I followed the herd. That was when I stumbled upon Paris B‘s old beauty blog, before she became My Women Stuff. In case you didn’t know, the name of her blog used to be Champagne Tastes on a Beer Budget (oops did I let the cat out of the bag?) ๐
Native Box: Unboxing The Box with a Difference
I haven’t been writing about beauty box subscriptions lately or do any unboxing posts because quite frankly, most haven’t been very inspiring. It seems blasphemous for me as a beauty blogger to say “aww man, another beauty box? Again?” when I see beauty boxes. I’d love to see new boxes with different things like accessories and even food. How interesting would that be, eh?
This brings me to a box that was sent to me weeks ago. It’s called Native Box, and when I saw it, I’ll be honest. I did sigh “it must be yet another beauty box”. But when I unboxed it, well, it was quite pleasant surprise.
