twotreehouse is the brainchild of a very old and dear friend of mine, Mayni. I’ve known her since we were about 10. We went to the same school, we were in the same classes, we got into quite a bit of shit together back in the day, went to the same tutorial classes, went to the same college for a while until she left for Australia. She was even one of my bridesmaids at my wedding. Let’s just say we go way back.

Right, so back to twotreehouse. It’s a range of handmade skincare products, lovingly created and tested by Mayni for months before she launched her brand in 2011. I had the opportunity to try out some of her products, but I mainly want to show you her bestselling item, which are her handmade lip balms.

When she first showed them to me, I was very impressed. The packaging was very cute; it’s definitely not what you’d normally see in shops.
