New Telly Addiction: Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries

So here’s a bit of a confession – I’ve never been a fan of Australian TV shows. Sure I watch a few Australian reality TV shows, some are okay, some are so bad it’s good, and some just… well, they are no words. But I’ve never really been excited about any of them, until a few months ago, when LeGeeque messaged me one evening, and told me to check out Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries on ABC iView.

Well, first episode in, and I was HOOKED.

Clump-Free City with Face of Australia Impact Curl Mascara

I haven’t been reviewing mascaras for a while now. That’s because I haven’t found any that really worked for me. I have thick-but-not-full, with short and straight lashes. This means that I’m not really looking for volume, but something to give me a good curl, free of clumps and, most importantly, length in my lashes. So far, most of the mascaras I’ve been using have been quite meh.

That was up to about a couple of months ago, when I discovered two mascaras that gave me exactly what I wanted. It was as though someone just dropped 2 nuggets of gold on my lap, at the same time. Best of all, both mascaras cost less than $12 each. What’s that now? Right. SCORE. 😀

Today, I’m going to be reviewing the first of the two mascaras, and that’s the Face of Australia Impact Curl Extreme Volume and Curl mascara.

*brrr*

For today’s Bloggie Wednesdays, I thought I’d share with you some of the resources I use for blogging.

We have our own blogging platforms which we blog on. I believe many of us do not just work 100% on those platforms when it comes to blogging. We utilise different resources to come up with what is seen on our blogs. Maybe you use Paint.net or Photoshop for your images. Perhaps you use Dropbox to store your blog’s backup files.

As for me, I use those applications too. Photoshop? Yes. Dropbox? Of course. But there are many more that I use alongside WordPress and these applications, and I thought I’d share them with you. Perhaps you might find them useful too.
