On my last trip to Malaysia, I went on a bit of a binge on sunscreen shopping. I bought at least 4, and I was especially eager to try the ones by Asian brands. It was surprisingly difficult finding a sunscreen that does not contain alcohol (almost all Biore sunscreens contain alcohol).
One of the sunscreens I picked up that was alcohol-free was the Hada Labo UV Moist Emulsion.
