Tatcha Japanese Blotting Papers

by Tine on June 7, 2010

I have a terribly oily T-zone and blotting papers are my skin saviours. I use The Body Shop’s Tea Tree Oil Facial Blotters, but those are incredibly boring compared to these gorgeous babies I stumbled upon on the Internet.

Tatcha Japanese Blotting Papers

Aren’t they pretty? These are Japanese blotting papers by Tatcha (US$12 for 30 sheets), which are handmade in Japan and have real gold flakes infused into the papers. I would love to get my hands on these if I can. If anything, these would look so chic in my purse :P

They are indeed packaged very prettily! I love the designs!!! I am not an oil blotter user but this will be great to pull out when I’m doing gigs!

Hello Tine,
The oily T-zone is my number one beauty dilemma for sure. Thanks for the tip on trying blotting papers. I have not used these before and will try some. I use our Benefit Dr Feelgood face “blotting balm with a feel good finish!” It works under makeup, or again on top by topping up with the sponge. As a guy I use it after moisturising and repeat a few times a day. No more oily T-zones! Camera ready anytime! Justin at Benefit Australia x ps – I enjoy your blog, thanks
