After all the advertisements and event reviews from selected Australian fashion bloggers, I’m sure you all know that Stella McCartney for Target is launching tomorrow, October 29 at selected Target stores.
I can’t decide if I want to go for the launch at Chadstone or not. I read that the first launch of Stella McCartney for Target three years ago was a complete frenzy. Women were going all kinds of crazy in stores, queuing up the night before, lots of screaming and shouting, and whatnots. Plus I found myself slightly unwhelmed by the apparel. It could just be the model though. What’s a better word for, er, ugly?
Having said that, I do quite like this lace top (AU$129).
I’m still deciding. Is there anything from the collection that you’re eying? Who’s going for the launch? Perhaps I might tag along with you. I’ll bring my umbrella along in case anyone shoves us or cuts our line 😛
Meh, there’s a few items I’d like to look at in person / try on, but can’t be arsed with crowds & hordes of people all vying for the same stuff. I think the department stores have reduced prices a fair bit with ongoing sales so these don’t look that special price wise, the strong aussie dollar makes shopping online easier & the general retail climate has changed from some years ago.
I’ll only pop into the stores to check the line out if it’s not utter craziness!
